Q1. Do you register gowns purchased?

Absolutely!  We will not sale the same gown to your school in any color.  Some stores will not the sell the same color but we will not sell the same dress.  However, we can NOT guarantee that your dress will not be at your school as other stores do sell the same merchandise that we do.  We are only promising not to sell the same from our store.  We do carry alot of brands that many stores in our area do not so this helps in decreasing the possibility of duplicates at your prom.

Q2. Do I need an appointment?

We never turn away any customers who may just drop by but you may end up waiting for a half and hour or so for a bridesmaids consultant without an appointment. 

For Prom, cocktail and others no appointment neccessary.

Q3.  How long will my appointment last?

Your appointment will last 1 1/2 hours.  This can be longer thru the week, but on Saturdays we will have to hold to this time limit.

Q4. How do I make an appointment?

Call 765-472-1614.  We ask that you bring no more than four people with you.  If any babies or children come they must remain in the front lobby area with someone to watch after them at all times.

Q5. What forms of payment do you accept?

We take Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit Cards, A Personal Check with a valid driver's license (this is ran thru Telecheck) and of course Cash.

Q6. Do you have Layaway?

Yes, we do, but you can only put into layaway items that are currently in the store.  Layaway requires 1/2 of the total down and full payment within 45 days. No special order item can be ordered and then put in layaway.  All special orders require a 50% deposit on them and full payment within 30 days of us receiving the gown.

Q7. If I order the wrong size gown will you take it back or let me exchange it?

Your sales consultant will work with you in helping you to pick a size.  But ultimately the decision on the size you want to order is up to you.  Once you have picked a size All sales are final.  This final sales policy is consistent with the industry standard for bridal and special occasion apparel.

Q8.  What are your price ranges?

We have a great selection of gowns starting at $99.  If you are on a budget just let us know and we will be glad to help you find a dress in that budget.  We always try our best to find you the perfect dress in your price range!

Q9. Do I have to pay sales tax if I am from out of state?

Only those items shipped inside the state of Indiana will be charged Indiana sales tax of 7%.  All other shipments will not be charged sales tax.

Q10.  How long does it take to get my special order?

Bridal can take 3 - 4 months to receive.  Destination bridal 8-10 weeks.  Bridesmaids 10-14 weeks and Prom can take 8-10 weeks.  Please plan ahead.

Q11. How many dressing rooms do you have?

We have 10 dressing rooms available.

Q12. What if I bring my Dad or boyfriend with me?

We have a small seating area in the front lobby.  Gentlemen are not allowed in the dressing room area.

Q13. Do you rent wedding dresses or prom gowns?

We are sorry, we do not rent gowns.  Please shop our great sale rack for some fabulous deals.

Q14. Am I allowed to take pictures?

After you have purchased your gown, you may take as many pictures as you like of the gown you have chosen.
